Mr. Bereznak, a private investment consultant since 2003, began his career with PNC Financial Corporation in 1982 as an equity analyst and in 1987 joined Pilgrim Baxter & Associates, a mutual fund manager, as part of the firm’s equity research team. He served in a variety of positions at Pilgrim Baxter, including the firm's Chief Operating Officer and President of PBHG Funds Services until his retirement in 2003. Mr. Bereznak was directly involved in the growth of the firm from $3 million in assets under management to over $30 billion. He holds a BS in Physics from Ursinus College and an MBA from Drexel University.
Mr. Diaz began his career with Stanhome, Inc., a worldwide marketer of giftware and collectibles, in 1972 and served in various capacities worldwide, including President and CEO, before retiring in 1995. During his tenure and under his leadership the Company grew rapidly through internal growth and acquisitions and became listed as a Fortune 500 Company. Mr. Diaz graduated from the University of Puerto Rico, studied law at the Inter-American University and is a graduate of The Advanced Management Program at the Harvard Business School.
Dr. Fricchione heads up a successful practice that he began in 1983 in New York City. In addition to his New York practice he also serves as a faculty member of New York University’s College of Dentistry. Dr. Fricchione has also been involved in the acquisition and development of commercial real estate in the New York City area. He holds a B.A. in Biology from Bernard M. Baruch College and a Doctorate of Dental Surgery from NYU.

Mr. Groussman is responsible for the operations of Cap Index which provides innovative solutions for Fortune 1000 companies and government agencies to minimize a broad range of losses, including shortage, general liability, fraud, lawsuits and crimes against persons and property. He has served on numerous occasions as an expert witness in security litigation issues and has also served as an investigative aide to the Department of Justice and the U.S. Customs Service. Mr. Groussman holds a B.S. in Criminal Justice from Northeastern University and received his Juris Doctor degree from Suffolk University.
Mr. Korbly began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and retired in 2006 after 38 successful years with the firm. As an engagement partner he served many of PwC's major Insurance and Regulated Healthcare clients. At the time of his retirement, he was National Risk Management Partner for the Insurance, Regulated Health Care and Actuarial practices. Prior to assuming the National Risk Management leadership role he was the managing partner for the Northeast Insurance Practice and the Actuarial Consulting Practice of Price Waterhouse. Mr Korbly was active in AICPA Committees and worked with the NAIC/AICPA Taskforce for over a decade. He is a graduate of the University of Florida and a CPA, CLU and FLMI..
